Love, Death, Robots. What an incredible series!

We can't understand why "The Witness" is our favourite episode...

Love, Death, Robots is an original animated series presented by Tim Miller & David Fincher and fully distributed on Netflix on March 15, 2019, in all countries where the service is available.

Sentient dairy products, werewolf soldiers, robots gone wild, cyborg bounty hunters, alien spiders and blood-thirsty demons from hell - all converge in eighteen animated stories.

Many of these episodes are extraordinary, only 3 or 4 leave a lot to be desired (mostly for some themes now too "trivial").

Without a doubt, our favorite is number 3, The Witness.

Not only due to the presence of very, very, very digital latex, but also due to its very involving and very particular plot, a plot played with very well articulated flashbacks.

A young girl wakes up in a hotel room with flashbacks relating to having witnessed a murder because of a man with a mustache and sunglasses. Looking out the window she sees that the flashback man is staring at her in the building opposite.

So, she began a desperate flight first with a taxi then through a night club with the mysterious man at his heels, and in the end the girl enters a condominium heeled by the man who asks her to stop to talk. After a brief scuffle the girl kills the alleged murderer with a sequence equal to that of the flashbacks and this time the man wakes up in the same room as the beginning of the episode.

We really, really love this amazing episode.

A must.
